San Diego Actors Theatre presents - a staged reading of The Zoo Story by Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright, Edward Albee that takes place on a park bench in Central Park. While it was written in 1958, Albee’s themes of isolation, desperation, and loneliness resonate more than ever in today’s post-election world – but there’s humor and lots of it.
Directed by Patricia Elmore Costa and starring Tom Steward and Fred Harlow.
“Surreal though it is, the drama is based on the instantly recognizable humanity of its characters”
Jesse Green, The New York Times
General Admission: $10.00
