Where is the ArtsTix Ticket Center located?
The ArtsTix Ticket Center is located at 900 4th Ave., Unit 3, across the street from the U.S. Grant Hotel.
When do ticket sales start and stop?
Ticket availability and discounts are at the discretion of each producing company. Typically, tickets can be purchased until two hours before curtain time, however cut-off times can vary. Cut-off times are shown on the ticket purchasing page for each show.
Where are my seats?
Tickets sold through ArtsTix are either General Admission or Best Available. For General Admission, open seating, you choose upon entering the theatre. For Best Available, assigned by the producing organization after the ticket-selling-cut-off-time for the performance, you will find your seat letter/number on your ticket at Will Call/the box office. ArtsTix does not have access to exact seat assignment.

What is the processing fee?
ArtsTix processing fees range from $2.00 – $7.95 per ticket, based on the price of the ticket. Fees apply to online, telephone, and ticket center, purchases. More than 95% of each purchase goes back to the producing organization. The remaining monies are used to cover the various costs of charging and processing tickets, along with salaries and the expense of running a ticketing service. On any year that ArtsTix runs in the black, monies go to educational programs for performing arts professionals and other programs of the SDPAL like Theatre Week. The SDPAL is a non-profit organization and has served the artists and arts patrons of San Diego since 1983.
How do I pick up my tickets when I buy online?
Your tickets will be available at the venue’s Will Call 30 minutes before the event. Your purchase receipt or confirmation email serves as your proof of purchase. Please bring your ID to Will Call as your tickets will be held under your name.
How do I buy tickets for a group?
Buy your group tickets by calling 619-234-2787! We can assist you in purchasing group tickets at up to 50% off!
Can I get a refund or exchange tickets?
There are no refunds. Limited exchanges are available for a $5.00 processing fee. Exchanges must be for shows of equal or greater value.
Why didn't I get a confirmation screen at the end of my order?
You have a time limit to complete your order. If you don’t complete your order in that time, the tickets are released back into the system and you have to start over again. If your credit card transaction fails, an ArtsTix specialist can help you in placing your order over the phone. Just call us at 619-237-2787.

What is the San Diego Performing Arts League?
The San Diego Performing Arts League is a non-profit organization whose mission is to promote San Diego’s performing arts. Our members are theaters and performing arts organizations in San Diego County. SDPAL’s mission is to support San Diego County performing arts organizations, and to promote audience development by providing resources, services and collaborative partnerships.
